Friends of Dick Proenneke and Lake Clark National Park is dedicated to the preservation of Dick Proenneke’s Legacy and the wilderness characteristics of both Twin Lakes and the greater Lake Clark National Park and Preserve.
The purpose of Friends of Dick Proenneke and Lake Clark National Park is to raise money for the care and interpretation of the Richard L. Proenneke National Historic Site and to assist the National Park Service in maintaining the natural environment in a pristine condition of both Twin Lakes and all of Lake Clark National Park and Preserve.
